in the cafeteria Here’s how to make a healthy choice—or counteract an unhealthy one!
YOUR USUAL: try this instead at LUNCH: or have it—then balance it at DINNER with:
pizza chicken burger
WHY The protein in the chicken will give you lasting energy without all the saturated fat in pepperoni.
Green Meala lean and green meal
WHY Pizza has refined carbs and lots of fat, so pick foods with more fiber and less fat, like tuna and vegetables.

WHY Creamy dressing like thousand island has a lot of saturated fat. Vinaigrette is made with a healthier oil.
lemon juice on veggies
WHY If you had creamy dressing earlier, use lemon juice instead of butter on veggies to avoid more fat.

WHY Soda is full of empty calories. Milk has calcium and protein. (Add just a dash of chocolate syrup for flavor.)

WHY Since the soda you drank had so much sugar, skip fruit drinks and additional sodas for the rest of the day.
